TeamFeePay in Spain is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own hiring across the country, reporting to the Chief People Officer. This hands-on role will build the function from the ground up and partner with UK-based teams to scale recruitment in Spain.

You will source, screen and assess candidates, guide hiring managers, and manage in-country role briefs, timelines, and offers, while developing local employer branding and talent pipelines.

Formación

• Experience as an in-house or agency recruiter in Spain or similar market.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for all in-country hiring in Spain, across every function, from briefs to offer.
• Write and localise job advertisements for the Spanish market.
• Screen applications, conduct first-stage interviews and provide shortlists with evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure timely progress.
• Lead Regional Football Representative (RFR) hiring and plan assessment centres.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source passive candidates in Spain.
