Camfil is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in the EMEA region and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across 20+ countries. The role blends remote work with occasional office days at key locations in Madrid, Dublin, Brussels, Levice, and Haslingden.

You will manage 360 recruitment, build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, and lead sourcing initiatives for senior and niche roles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or similar.
• Fluent in English and another EU language.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple EMEA countries.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and leadership.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies for high-impact roles.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing and networks.
• Contribute to TA projects improving processes and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights.
