Formación

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HRBPs and Sales Managers to anticipate recruitment needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure candidate success.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Promote vacancies through multiple channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct phone screenings and assess candidates effectively.

Conocimientos

Fluency in Spanish

Educación

Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
