Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Spain to serve as a technical and product advisor for enterprise partners across Turkey and the EMEA region. You will bridge customer needs with engineering, product, and sales teams, guiding discovery, evaluation, implementation, and long-term adoption.

You will translate regional requirements for global Product and Engineering teams, while delivering Turkish-language collateral and technical documentation.

Formación

• 3+ years supporting B2B or enterprise customers in solutions engineering or technical consulting.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows.
• Native or business Turkish with excellent communication and cultural understanding.
• Business-level English for global collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Self-driven, multi-tasking, detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Fintech or financial APIs exposure is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end solution engagements including discovery, demos, and consultations.
• Design solutions, communicate use cases, and support evaluations and RFQs.
• Guide API integration, onboarding, and platform adoption for enterprise clients.
• Translate regional requirements into actionable product feedback for global teams.
• Develop technical resources and Turkish-language collateral.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to test new features for enterprises.
• Represent the business in customer meetings and regional activities with travel.
