Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Technical Support Engineer based in Spain to help developers and enterprise customers build and operate their AI platform. You will troubleshoot API, authentication, and integration issues, collaborate with engineering and sales, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

• Proven experience in technical support or a closely related engineering role with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical approach across web platforms, cloud environments, APIs, and backend services.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills for user guides, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.

• Provide advanced technical support across APIs, platform functionality, UI issues, integration challenges, and troubleshooting errors.
