Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Architecture Senior Manager based in Spain to lead a regional organization across EMEA. This senior leadership role will shape the engagement model with Sales and influence how technical teams support customers as the business scales.

You will work with C-level technology leaders, guide cloud, AI, and infrastructure solutions, and influence product direction through customer insights from across Europe.

Formación

• Proven people-management experience.
• Strong track record leading customer-facing technical teams across EMEA.
• Experience building, scaling, and operating technical organizations such as Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering.
• Strong player-coach mindset balancing strategy with hands-on customer engagement.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA technology market and cross-cultural leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and scale a regional Solutions Architecture organization across multiple EMEA markets.
• Define the engagement model in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Establish operating processes and performance standards for value delivery.
• Recruit and develop senior technical professionals and future leaders.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders at strategic customers.
• Lead complex technical conversations linking business goals to cloud, AI, and infrastructure solutions.
• Represent customer feedback to Product and Technology teams.
