Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for Spain (Remote). The Solutions Engineering team acts as customer-facing product experts, educating customers to ensure satisfaction and success.

You will partner with Sales, own technical engagements, and deliver compelling technical presentations across global customers. The role requires 5+ years in technical pre-sales, exceptional communication, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• First-class written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and creative solution skills.
• Must be located in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement and help close complex opportunities with credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback and competitive insights.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Create enablement content and contribute knowledge base articles.
