Company in Malaga (Hybrid) is hiring a Solution Specialist for a full-time role. You will work with Small and Medium-sized companies, driving engagement and cloud-based solutions sales. A blend of technical knowledge and strong communication is essential.

The position offers a competitive package, relocation support, paid training, and a central office in Benalmádena. English and Flemish language requirements are emphasized, with a path for career development.

Formación

• Proficient in Flemish and fluent in English.
• 3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
• Minimum Fundamentals certification is required.
• Knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
• Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations, and management.
• Passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and trends.
• Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a diverse team in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Present Cloud solutions value propositions aligned to customer objectives and IT initiatives.
• Provide technical product overview and insights based on customer needs.
• Increase technical acumen and deliver ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing for accurate cost projections.
• Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via Teams.
• Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on topics of expertise.

What you will do in this role

As part of our sales organization, you will work with a customer segment where you can make a real difference: Small and Medium-sized companies. The position requires a combination of technical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A core part of the role is to advance the engagement process so that targets for the account portfolio are met.

As a Solution Specialist in our team, you will:

• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager
• Present the Cloud solutions value propositions and differentiation that align to customers business objectives and IT initiatives, based on your expertise in solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions
• Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
• Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought
• Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams
• Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise

Your Qualifications

• Are proficient or bilingual in Flemish and fluent in English
• Have 3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
• Minimum Fundamentals certification is required
• Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
• Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
• Possess experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology
• Have an understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Possess a proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
• Have exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role
• Are success-driven, work well in a diverse team, and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment

It will be a plus if you:

• Have L200 certification
• Can demonstrate knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions

Whats in it for you

• Full-time permanent Spanish contract, 39h/week: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
