SeaNet Europe Ltd. is seeking a skilled Engineer to join a well-run 40m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Bahamas. The role covers maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of onboard systems, with occasional deck duties.

A rotating 2:2 schedule and a start around Oct 15, 2026 are offered. We require fully updated STCW, a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate (≥6 months), Seaman's discharge book, passport, and a Marine Engine Operator License.

Formación

• Fully Updated STCW.
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for a minimum of six months.
• Seaman's discharge book and a valid passport.
• Marine Engine Operator License required.
• Proven experience on similar-sized motor yachts.

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on, and motivated Engineer to join a well-run 40m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Bahamas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all onboard mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations throughout the season. You will also assist with deck duties when needed.

Working as part of a crew of eight, you will manage planned maintenance schedules and proactively address technical issues. A practical mindset, good seamanship, and the ability to integrate smoothly into this position and crew are essential.

This role suits a versatile, team-oriented individual.

Package:

This is a 2:2 rotational position.

Package: Salary paid in Euros - DOE

Requirements:

• Fully Updated STCW
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for a minimum of six months
