Job summary

Grupo Oesía is growing and seeking a Service Line Business Development Manager - Simulation to join our team in Madrid or Valdepeñas under a hybrid working model. You will drive growth in the Simulation and Training business, develop new opportunities in maintenance, support and system lifecycle services, and build a strong portfolio with higher-value offerings.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of business development experience in the defence-related simulation sector, professional English

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within In-Service Support, maintenance, aftermarket or lifecycle services.
• Solid technical knowledge of simulation systems and their maintenance and support requirements.
• Senior profile with results-oriented approach and ability to manage the full opportunity lifecycle.
• Professional English proficiency, minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Generate new In-Service Support business opportunities.
• Grow existing contracts and customer accounts.
• Develop new customers and markets for maintenance, HW/SW support, upgrades and obsolescence management.
• Participate in RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders and negotiations.
• Manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities through to contract award.
