FedEx is seeking an Operations Support Agent to help ensure timely delivery and handle customer inquiries in the Madrid area. You will support shipments from intake to dispatch, working within a fast-paced team and using our in-house tracking system.

You will contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining accurate data, prioritizing tasks, and upholding FedEx processes and standards. Training and on-the-job learning are provided by FedEx.

• Ensure urgent packages reach the right place on time.
