Job summary

UPS Madrid Production Hub is seeking a French native speaker to join our seasonal administrative team. Your role will include supporting daily administrative tasks at the Madrid location, data entry and data management, and collaborating with colleagues to meet company objectives.

You should be organized, communicative, and comfortable working to deadlines. An intermediate level of English is an asset; basic computer literacy is required, and prior related experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; university degree is an asset.
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, stress management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate English is an asset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the different administrative tasks that arise on a daily basis at the Madrid location.
