Grand Circle Cruise Line is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to deliver exceptional beverage and dining service for travelers aboard our ships. You will lead and motivate restaurant and bar staff, ensure top standards, and maintain hygiene across service areas.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of relevant job experience, preferably on passenger ships.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Friendly and energetic attitude.
• Proven leadership abilities and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to learn and progress.
• Good command of English.

Aufgaben

• Leading, coordinating, supporting, motivating, training, and evaluating restaurant and bar staff.
• Monitoring and ensuring beverage and dining service meets high standards.
• Ensuring hygiene and maintenance of service areas.
• Ordering, margins, POS transactions, cost and stock control.
• Handling and resolving travelers concerns.
• Other duties advised by Hotel Manager.
