Grand Circle Cruise Line is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to deliver exceptional beverage and dining service for travelers aboard our ships. You will lead and motivate restaurant and bar staff, ensure top standards, and maintain hygiene across service areas.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong English communication, and a proactive coaching mindset to develop staff and enhance guest experiences. Competitive compensation and extensive onboard benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant job experience, preferably on passenger ships.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Friendly and energetic attitude.
• Proven leadership abilities and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and progress.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilités

Responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, coordinating, supporting, motivating, training, and evaluating restaurant and bar staff
• Monitoring and ensuring beverage and dining service is up to the highest standards
• Ensuring hygiene and maintenance of all service area is being upheld
• Responsible for ordering, margins, POS transactions, cost and stock control
• Handling and resolving travelers concerns
• any other duties advised by Hotel Manager
