Smartlance is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform for industrial-sector use. The ideal candidate will thrive on autonomy, technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, SAM or ITOM Discovery modules.

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions per specs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve platform issues throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team for an end use in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will excel in developing complex stories with a strong focus on autonomy, technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to project specifications and development best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions developed on the platform.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and the functionality of developed solutions.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve ServiceNow platform issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer on the ServiceNow platform.
• Preferred experience working within an Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules:
• ITSM Professional
• Software Asset Management (SAM)
• ITOM Discovery
• Highly valued experience in any of the following technologies:
• CMDB (Integrations, Identification/Reconciliation rules)
• Performance Analytics
• Virtual Agent
• Now Mobile / Now Agent (ServiceNow Mobile Apps)
