GoodWe Europe is seeking a Service Engineer Iberia to handle Level 2 support, train Level 1 team, and coordinate with distributors and EPC partners in Iberia. You’ll interact with service, R&D, and sales teams to resolve escalations.

Based in Madrid, the role involves remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on KPIs and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Spanish and English and a technical background are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in technical support in a technical environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience with after-sales service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage GoodWe’s after-sales activities in Iberia.
• Train and supervise Level 1 support team.
• Monitor and analyze service KPIs including customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct technical support to distributors and EPCs, including remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Hold customer installation and service trainings, face-to-face and online.
• Proactively improve service processes and tools to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.
