Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. is seeking a field service engineer based in Madrid to troubleshoot and service our injection molding systems at customer sites.

After an initial training period, you will travel across Iberia to install, upgrade, and train customers, with up to 100% travel. A technical degree and fluent Spanish/Portuguese are required; English is a plus. Excellent growth opportunities within a dynamic, global company.

Formación

• Technician or engineering degree with experience in control systems or hydraulic/electrical/mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting attitude and focus on correct working practices.
• Knowledge of PLC controls and industrial automation.
• Initiative, team spirit and time-management abilities enabling multiple priorities to be handled timely and proactively.
• Some experience in field service and injection molding considered an asset.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; good English knowledge; Italian or other languages are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Travel regularly to customers, mainly within Iberia, to troubleshoot issues, install or upgrade Husky products.
• Help customers optimize operations with onsite training and follow-up visits.
• Frequent travel within Spain, Portugal and surrounding areas (up to 100% travel).
• Execute and follow up on customer visits, create reports, and offer advice to promote Husky’s products and services.
• Be a self-started individual who understands the importance of customer satisfaction and can be an ambassador for our core values.
