Veralto seeks a Service Admin in Bilbao (Derio) to manage safety documentation (CAE), credits and refacturings, and to coordinate repairs at our service center while delivering excellent customer service.

You will support field service supply, communicate with customers by phone and email, activate contracts in our software, handle service repairs, and contribute to process improvements within a European team.

Formación

• University degree in a technical field (Business Administration, Engineering, or similar).
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety documentation management platforms.
• Good command of English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Support the supply of materials required for field service activities.
• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email.
• Collaborate and communicate within a European team.
• Activate service contracts in the software system.
• Manage repairs at our service center.
• Control credit notes and re-invoicing processes.
• Enable maintenance visits by completing necessary documentation and permits (CAE).
• Contribute to system and process improvements by suggesting ideas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
