A healthcare technology company is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Eastern Andalusia. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting instruments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing local spare parts. Qualified candidates should have a degree in Engineering or relevant technical diploma and strong informatics knowledge. This position offers the chance to establish relationships with clients while providing top-notch technical support across southern Spain.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or Technical Engineering, or relevant technical diploma.
• Strong knowledge of informatics related to instruments.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain Sebia's instruments in a defined geographical area.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Develop excellent customer relationships to ensure service satisfaction.
• Manage local spare parts stock and report all work done.

Reporting to Service Manager, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer located in Eastern Andalusia (Malaga/Granada), covering the south of Spain.

Main responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshooting the Sebia’s instruments installed base distributed in a defined geographical area. Also support other geographical areas if needed.
• The installations and troubleshooting includes informatics related to our instruments: PC installation, LIS connections, connection to customer network, etc.
• Phone support
• Customer satisfaction: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customers. Ensure they are correctly taking care of our instruments and realize about their needs. Give an excellent service in a timely manner.
• Reports in time all the work done in CRM.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to comply with services KPI.
• Provide feedback to the manager concerning performance anomalies encountered in the field and suggest recommendations for improvements
• Stablish a regular communication with local sales representative to share customer needs and major issues.
• Local spare parts stock management.
