Veralto seeks a Service Admin in Bilbao (Derio) to manage safety documentation (CAE), credits and refacturings, and to coordinate repairs at our service center while delivering excellent customer service.

You will support field service supply, communicate with customers by phone and email, activate contracts in our software, handle service repairs, and contribute to process improvements within a European team.

Formación

• University degree in a technical field (Business Administration, Engineering, or similar).
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety documentation management platforms.
• Good command of English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

The Service Admin is responsible for managing safety documentation ( CAE ), credit notes and re-invoicing processes, coordinating repairs at our service center, and delivering the best possible customer service experience.

The position will be based in Bilbao (Derio).

Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the supply of materials required for field service activities.
• Communicating with internal and external customers via phone and email.
• Collaborating and communicating within a European team.
• Activating service contracts in the software system.
• Managing repairs at our service center.
• Controlling credit notes and re-invoicing processes.
• Enabling maintenance visits by completing the necessary documentation and permits required for field service activities (CAE).
• Actively contributing to the improvement of systems and processes by providing suggestions and improvement ideas.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Higher education or university degree, preferably in a technical field (Business Administration, Engineering, or similar).
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety documentation management platforms.
• Good command of English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Portuguese language skills are a plus.

El Service Admin es responsable de gestionar la documentación de seguridad (CAE), abonos y refacturaciones, gestión de las reparaciones en nuestra central y brindar al cliente la mejor experiencia de Servicio.
Estará localizado en Bilbao (Derio).

las principales tareas son

• Apoyo al suministro de material para el servicio en campo.
• Comunicación con los clientes internos y externos por teléfono y correo electrónico.
• Comunicación dentro de un equipo europeo.
• Activación de contratos en el Software.
• Gestión de reparaciones en nuestra central.
• Control de abonos y refacturaciones.
• Habilitar las visitas de mantenimiento rellenando los formularios/permisos necesarios para el servicio en campo (CAE)
• Participación activa en la mejora de los sistemas y procesos haciendo sugerencias de mejora.
• Otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo según lo especificado por el Service Manager.

Requisitos mínimos

• Formación académica superior o universitaria, preferiblemente técnica (ADE, ingeniería, etc).
• Experiencia laboral mínima de 6 meses en funciones similares.
• Conocimiento plataformas de gestión de documentación PRL.
• Buen conocimiento del inglés (serán valorados idiomas adicionales).
• Buen conocimiento del paquete Office.
• Capacidad de adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo dinámico.
• Valorable Portugués.
