Peak Scientific is looking for a Service and Sales Administrator in Madrid. In this role, you will ensure sales and field service operations are maintained to the highest standards. Your strong administrative skills will support both the sales and field service teams, enhancing overall collaboration.

Applicants need fluency in Spanish and English, a degree in Administration, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. This role requires self-motivation, a methodical approach, and the capacity to work under pressure.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Service and Sales Administrator, where you will be responsible for ensuring that sales and field service operations in Iberia are delivered to the highest standard. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your strong administrative skills to support two teams within our Global growing business.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling service visits and ensuring best planning for service works, including all tasks related with service agenda
• Using our ERP/CRM and using the information to improve overall efficiency of dealing with customer support
• Making sure all documents are updated and filed correctly, once required for Field Service Engineer to join customer sites
• Liaising with regional teams (sales, administration and logistics) to ensure a high level of collaboration for all aspects of customer support
• Understanding all sales and services processes whilst being able to handle and support the operation in all necessary administration tasks
• Ideally you will have a degree in Administration and any SAP B1 experience would be highly advantageous. You will be fluent in Spanish and English with previous experience in service administration and possibly after sales experience too.
