Barco in Madrid is seeking a Commercial Services Coordinator to manage service contracts and support the smooth execution of service contract operations. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Care to guarantee accurate contract handling and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and tools.

This role requires 2-3 years in a commercial-administrative role, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and follow up on service contract renewal opportunities with Sales and Customer Care.
• Prepare maintenance quotations using pricing tools.
• Create standard contract documentation and share proposals with partners and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calculations, documentation, and contract-related files.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of work instructions and workflows.
• Support testing and implementation of new tools and service offerings.

As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Care to ensure accurate contract handling and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Your Profile

2-3 years of experience in a commercial-administrative role is a strong plus.
