Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an experienced SEO & GEO Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated organic search and GEO strategies that strengthen brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Working with clients and cross-functional teams across content, media, PR, analytics and development, you will lead strategy, manage and develop team members, oversee performance, and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• 5+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Strong strategic knowledge of SEO & GEO, semantic optimization, AI-powered search ecosystems.
• Experience designing omnichannel strategies integrating SEO with Content, Digital PR, Social Media and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated SEO & GEO strategies to increase organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Lead SEO & GEO projects and teams, ensuring strategic alignment, quality of deliverables, resource allocation, and achievement of client objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and translating business needs into actionable SEO & GEO strategies.
• Define and oversee omnichannel visibility strategies, coordinating SEO, Content, Digital PR, Social Media, and other digital channels.
• Develop strategies based on semantic frameworks, topical authority, search intent, and content clustering.
• Oversee technical SEO, content optimization, off-page strategies, website migrations, and digital authority initiatives.
• Lead GEO initiatives to improve brand mentions, citations, and share of voice in LLM-generated responses.
• Utilize platforms like Profound, Omnia, Peec AI, LLM Pulse, GA4, GSC, Semrush to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Define, monitor, and present SEO & GEO KPIs combining traditional metrics with AI visibility and brand positioning.
• Manage project planning, budgets, team workloads, and timelines for high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Media, Content, PR, Social, Analytics, and Technology teams on integrated digital strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client growth.
• Stay ahead of developments in search engines, generative AI, LLMs, and emerging tech.
