Job summary

UserWise Services is seeking a sharp UA Creative Strategist to stay ahead of the mobile games advertising market, identify opportunities, and translate insights into strong production briefs. You will work with the UA team, editors, AI tools and production partners to turn ideas into ads.

entails monitoring platforms like TikTok and Meta, deconstructing winning creatives, and pushing for fresh formats while aligning with performance data to improve CTR, IPM, and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mobile games, performance creative or advertising.
• Strong understanding of mobile UA creative and performance metrics.
• Ability to turn insights into concrete creative hypotheses and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own UA creative direction and develop a pipeline of video ad concepts, hooks and formats.
• Write production-ready briefs, scripts and storyboards with clear hypotheses.
• Provide actionable feedback to editors, designers, and external agencies.
• Collaborate with UA managers and partners to test hypotheses and optimize formats.
• Maintain a library of trends and creative patterns across platforms.
