We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to support the growth of Two Dots, Dragon City & Monster Legends through hands‑on campaign management, testing, and performance optimization. This role focuses on day‑to‑day execution, data‑driven decision making, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive efficient user growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with ~3 years of experience in mobile UA who is ready to take ownership of live campaigns, improve performance, and grow their career within a leading gaming studio.
Manage daily UA operations across key channels (social, SDK networks, programmatic).
Execute campaigns end‑to‑end: setup, optimization, budgeting, and reporting.
Run structured tests (creatives, audiences, channels) to improve CPI, ROAS, and IPM.
Partner with the Creative team to brief concepts, review performance, and iterate.
Monitor performance dashboards and surface insights, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with Product, ASO, and BI teams to support full‑funnel improvements.
Assist in forecasting and pacing monthly budgets.
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive activity.
2–3+ years of mobile UA or performance marketing experience.
Hands‑on experience running ad networks or social campaigns.
Strong analytical and KPI‑driven mindset; comfortable working with data.
Familiarity with mobile attribution (MMPs), ad networks, and UA platforms.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Clear communicator and effective cross‑team collaborator.
Experience in mobile gaming and free‑to‑play environments.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools.
Experience working on a live game or app at scale.
