Formación

• 3–5 years in mobile games, performance creative or related field.
• Strong understanding of mobile game UA creative and performance advertising.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Ability to turn insights into clear creative hypotheses and actionable briefs.
• Curiosity about games, internet culture and emerging formats.

Responsabilidades

• Own UA creative direction and develop a pipeline of new ad concepts.
• Research trends across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other channels.
• Write production-ready briefs, scripts and storyboards with hypotheses.
• Provide clear direction to editors, designers and external agencies.
• Operate a modern creative testing machine aligned with performance signals.
