Job summary

UserWise, LLC is seeking a senior game designer with strong product management to help identify, build, validate and scale new game products. You'll own the what and why behind the product and work with our AI-driven workflows to turn opportunities into playable prototypes.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to define metrics, iterate quickly, and apply data to decisions. This role blends game design, product thinking, analytics, and LiveOps to deliver scalable, high-quality mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in mobile games, ideally across casual or hybrid-casual products.
• Experience taking games from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Track record of owning product outcomes and KPIs, not just features.
• Strong understanding of gameplay systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, monetization, and LiveOps.
• Comfort with analytics and experimentation, including testing and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new game opportunities through market analysis, competitor deconstruction, player insights, and product data.
• Turn opportunities into clear product bets, defining concept, audience, core loop, metrics, and opportunity.
• Own AI-assisted game design across core loops, systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, and monetization.
• Rapidly prototype and validate game concepts using AI-assisted tools and lightweight development workflows.
• Define success metrics and analyze results to decide whether to scale, iterate, or kill.
• Own product priorities and make trade-offs based on impact, data, effort, and business potential.
• Continuously improve games based on retention, engagement, monetization, experimentation, and player behavior.
• Partner with leadership to evolve how AI is used to design and scale games faster.
