Socialpoint in Barcelona is hiring a User Acquisition Manager to grow live campaigns for Two Dots, Dragon City and Monster Legends. You will manage daily UA operations, run end-to-end campaigns, and collaborate with Creative, Product, ASO, and BI teams to improve CPI, ROAS and IPM.

The role requires ~3 years of mobile UA experience, strong analytics, and proficiency with MMPs and Excel. This hybrid role blends hands-on execution with data-driven strategy.

Formación

• 2–3+ years in mobile UA or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with ad networks or social campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven approach.
• Familiarity with mobile attribution (MMPs) and UA platforms.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
• Clear communicator and cross-team collaborator.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily UA operations across social, SDK networks, and programmatic channels.
• Execute end-to-end campaigns: setup, optimization, budgeting, reporting.
• Run structured tests on creatives, audiences, and channels to improve CPI/ROAS.
• Collaborate with Creative to brief concepts and review performance.
• Monitor dashboards and surface insights, trends, and opportunities.
• Work with Product, ASO, and BI teams for full-funnel improvements.
• Assist in forecasting and pacing monthly budgets.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends.
