• 8–10 years of IT project management experience on large-scale transformations.
• PM certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA.
• Proven multi-country IT delivery experience in fast-paced environments.
• Retail/travel retail digital transformation experience preferred.
• Fluency in business English and strong senior stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT transformation programs across countries, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, milestones, risk management, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate communication between multi-functional teams across geographies and senior leadership.
• Define project objectives with senior stakeholders, resolve issues, and provide progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
