Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across software, data, cloud, and product domains. You will partner with Digital Managers and business leaders to scale teams, optimize processes, and enhance candidate experiences.

The role emphasizes data-driven sourcing, strategic hiring, and DEI-aligned processes, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem (backend/frontend, cloud).
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1) for interviews with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Data, DevOps, Product).
• Design direct sourcing strategies and build relationships with Hiring Managers.
• Improve candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment metrics.
