Job summary

Korn Ferry seeks an experienced Recruiter to join the RPO Talent Acquisition team in Barcelona. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to client management—across key business areas with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing and diversity.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will engage with hiring managers, leverage data-driven insights, and promote best practices. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and you will contribute to ambitious talent acquisition projects

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment / RPO field or agency.
• Proven experience hiring within the tech industry.
• Commitment to delivering premium candidate experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to interpret data and generate reports.
• Advocate for process excellence and innovation in recruitment.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and networking skills.
• Experience handling multiple talent acquisition projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle for multiple business areas with direct sourcing focus.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize output and diversity.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Utilize direct sourcing tools to build a quality candidate pipeline.
• Actively source candidates and build talent pools.
• Promote recruitment best practices across the business.
• Support and achieve service delivery targets.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks to Hiring Managers.
• Maintain key metrics and ensure data integrity in reporting.
