Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader in Barcelona to drive a high-performing team and deliver exceptional results for the client. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Barcelona three days a week, with strong emphasis on metrics and stakeholder relationships.

You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple roles, while maintaining close collaboration with the client and internal teams to meet SLAs and KPIs.

• Demonstrated success in recruitment delivery and team leadership.
• Experience delivering for a client in a fast-paced services environment.
• Able to develop and maintain client relationships and drive performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a Recruitment team across Barcelona.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities within the team.
• Define and communicate individual and team metrics.
• Lead the team to meet metrics by delivering candidates for varied roles.
• Maintain awareness of sourcing strategies and develop best approaches for the client.
• Be a subject matter expert on technology used in recruitment processes.
• Maintain stakeholder and line manager relationships.
• Deliver to contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure project documents and engagements are updated timely.
• Develop client and management metrics and reporting.
• Communicate with the client to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions.
