Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader in Barcelona to drive a high-performing team and deliver exceptional results for the client. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Barcelona three days a week, with strong emphasis on metrics and stakeholder relationships.

You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple roles, while maintaining close collaboration with the client and internal teams to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Job description

We're hiring a Recruitment Team Leader is responsible for both leading and managing a team in Barcelona whilst driving overall performance to agreed KPIs & SLAs.

This is a fantastic role for an individual looking for their next big challenge, as you will have the opportunity to drive your team to deliver great results for the client.

The role is a HYBRID role, requiring 3 days of presence onsite in the client’s site at Barcelona.

Job Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage a team of Recruitment resources across Barcelona
• Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
• Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
• Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles
• Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client

• Be a subject matter expert on technology utilized within the recruitment process
• Maintaining strong Stakeholder and Line Manager relationships
• Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs
• Ensuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely manner

• Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Willingness to work on requisitions to support the team with volumes and niche positions.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team leadership experience
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
• Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards and able to interpret data to diagnose route cause
• Computer literacy, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and numeric capability
• Fluency in both written and verbal English and Spanish
