dLocal is seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment for highly technical teams. The role emphasizes alignment, business-focused success profiles, and credible partnership across Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Platform disciplines.

You will lead structured interview processes, diagnose bottlenecks with data, and contribute to automation-driven improvements to hiring workflows.

• Experience recruiting for highly technical roles.
• Ability to discuss scope, seniority, and talent quality with credibility.
• Curiosity about technical domains and a structured, methodical approach.
• Strong stakeholder partnership and pushback when quality is at risk.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers from intake meeting to offer, with alignment and hiring quality.
• Own the Success Profile for every search, defining strong performance in business terms.
• Recruit for highly technical teams across Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform, and similar areas.
• Build fluency in the divisions supported to act as a credible partner, not just a process owner.
• Run structured, high-quality interview processes with clear dimension ownership and calibration.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel using data to diagnose and drive improvements.
• Help build better workflows through automation and reusable assets.
• Raise the standard of how hiring decisions are made.
