Aily Labs in Madrid is seeking a Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow our teams by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to ensure a great hiring experience while developing recruiting expertise in a fast-growing AI company.

You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles, source through multiple channels, conduct screenings, and maintain ATS data.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience recruiting for technical, business, or go-to-market roles is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and recruitment metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source and engage talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS and recruiting tools.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities.
• Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring practices.
• Stay informed about talent market trends and share insights with the team.
