Finom is hiring a Logistics Operations Specialist for a fully remote role. You will coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation processes.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily logistics operations: order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and carriers for timely movement of goods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with customer service to address logistics-related inquiries or complaints.
• Assist in managing warehouse operations remotely, including inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Prepare KPI reports (on-time delivery, cost per shipment, etc.).

Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce company, is seeking a motivated Logistics Operations Specialist to join their distributed team. This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent self‑management and communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, coordinating with warehouses, carriers, and customer service to guarantee timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of supply chain processes, problem‑solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. While the role is remote, it requires close collaboration with operational hubs, including those near Vigo, Galicia.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, such as shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using logistics software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and comfortable working within Spanish business hours, supporting operations that may include the Vigo, Galicia region.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
