Qualifications

• Proficiency with logistics software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.

• Troubleshoot shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.

This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent self‑management and communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, coordinating with warehouses, carriers, and customer service to guarantee timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of supply chain processes, problem‑solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. While the role is remote, it requires close collaboration with operational hubs, including those near Vigo, Galicia.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, such as shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.

• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and comfortable working within Spanish business hours, supporting operations that may include the Vigo, Galicia region.
