Quantum Metric is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Business Consultant to serve as a premier advisor for our most complex enterprise accounts. You will shape how clients leverage technology, develop productized services, and drive AI-enabled analytics across engagements.

In this role, you’ll guide senior stakeholders, translate insights into strategic outcomes, and scale consulting methodologies globally while mentoring teams and safeguarding key engagements.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, product management, or consulting.
• Proven ability to turn quantitative insights into executive business outcomes.
• Strong client-facing leadership and advisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise senior stakeholders across complex enterprise accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Define and scale AI-driven workflows and productized services for clients.
• Lead domain activation within strategic accounts and align IT/Engineering teams.
