United Digital Group in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Data Consultant to advise clients on data strategy, from analyzing sources to implementing dashboards and KPI frameworks. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will work with GA4, Matomo, Adobe Analytics and other platforms, design dashboards, and help clients derive value from data while embracing AI-enabled tools.

Formación

• Several years of experience in data or analytics consulting, ideally in a marketing or digital context.
• Familiar with GA4, Matomo, or Adobe Analytics.
• Able to translate client needs into actionable data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on data strategy from analyzing sources to implementing concrete measures.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for clients and internal management.
• Select and implement the right tools (GA4, Matomo, Adobe Analytics, CDPs, BI platforms).
• Design and maintain tracking setups and ensure reliable data flows between CMS, CRM, and analytics tools.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations for management and pitches.
• Contribute consulting expertise to CMS/DXP selection and evaluate data flows and TCO.

As a Senior Data Consultant (all genders) you will advise our clients on the development and implementation of comprehensive data strategies—from analyzing existing data sources and systems to building meaningful dashboards and KPI frameworks. In doing so, you will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and make targeted use of modern analytics and AI technologies.

What you do.

• You’ll provide our clients with comprehensive advice on their data strategy—from analyzing existing data sources and systems to implementing concrete measures
• You’ll define KPIs and objectives and build robust reporting and KPI frameworks for clients and internal management
• You’ll select and implement the right tools—including Google Analytics 4, Matomo, Adobe Analytics, customer data platforms, and BI platforms
• You’ll design and maintain tracking setups (tag management, event and conversion tracking) and ensure reliable data flows between CMS, CRM, and analytics tools
• You design dashboards and data visualizations that make a strong impression in management and pitch presentations
• You contribute your consulting expertise to CMS/DXP selection processes and evaluate data flows and TCO aspects from a data perspective

What you bring along.

• You have several years of experience in data or analytics consulting, ideally in a marketing or digital context, and are comfortable working at the senior level
• Tools like Google Analytics 4, Matomo, or Adobe Analytics are part of your daily routine and not new territory for you
• You don’t just think in terms of reports; you understand what clients really need—and can communicate that effectively
• You’re familiar with CDPs as well as CMS/DXP systems (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Payload) and how they interact with CRM and analytics
• You’re eager to meaningfully integrate AI-powered tools into your work, rather than treating them as just a buzzword
• You can provide strategic advice as well as get hands‑on with operational tasks
