Contentsquare is seeking a Product Data Analytics Senior Manager to lead a three-analyst team focused on our core product analytics for sales-driven business. You will partner with the SVP of Product and the Product Insights department to drive data-informed product strategy and performance improvements.

You will manage complex initiatives across analytics, data ingestion, and engineering, while coaching analysts on advanced methodologies and fostering a data-driven culture.

Formación

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling and visualization.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including product, engineering and design.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and presentations.
• Experience leading data analysts or product analysts and aligning to strategic vision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of three analysts for core product analytics.
• Collaborate with Product SVP to determine high-impact analyses and monitoring.
• Direct the execution of complex initiatives with timely, actionable insights.
