You will align with senior stakeholders, automate analytical workflows, and translate insights into strategic outcomes that drive retention and growth across global clients. Remote-first environment with international travel.
Formación
- Deep domain expertise in enterprise digital analytics, with a focus on observability and performance.
- Ability to advise C-suite and align IT/Engineering with business outcomes.
- Experience transforming data into executive-level strategic insights.
Responsabilidades
- Advise and align with senior stakeholders across complex enterprise accounts.
- Develop productized services and AI-driven automations for clients.
- Lead domain activation with IT/Engineering and drive value delivery.
- Synthesize data insights into strategic roadmaps and metrics.
- Mentor Consultants and scale consulting methods across the practice.
- Identify and mitigate account risks to secure renewals.
