Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and payroll regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage salary ranges, job grading, and incentives.
• Administer benefits programs with compliance and delivery.
• Analyze market data to ensure competitive positioning.
• Maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Oversee payroll processing with finance collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in compensation and benefits.
• Support total rewards communications and annual salary reviews.
