Scopely is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join the Global Compensation Programs under the Total Rewards team in Barcelona. You will design and administer compensation programs, manage workflows in Workday, and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
You will analyze data, generate insights for senior leadership, and support annual and merit cycles while ensuring compliance and data integrity in a fast-paced global environment.
Formación
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards analytics or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
- Advanced quantitative skills with data and cost analyses.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python/R and Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present analyses to leadership.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Responsabilidades
- Design and administer compensation programs across the organization.
- Own compensation systems and workflows in Workday and related tools.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain internal equity.
- Analyze data and present insights to executives and HR leaders.
