This role requires extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a proven ability to develop integrated pay structures and performance evaluation systems. Offering a competitive salary of €80,000 to €100,000, the position also includes a performance-linked reward structure and access to a tech-first workspace. The ideal candidate will have deep fluency in Spanish labor regulations and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Extensive background in compensation and benefits within multinational environments.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with leaders.
• Deep fluency in salary grading and equity management.
