Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant in Spain to lead ServiceNow initiatives, design advanced workflow solutions, and mentor teams. You will translate business needs into technical specs, guide integrations, testing and documentation, and drive customer value while operating remotely with occasional Spain on-site support.

Applicants should have 8+ years of experience, native Spanish, CSA/CAD/CIS certifications, and readiness to travel.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or services.
• Native Spanish语言, English proficiency expected.
• ServiceNow certifications CSA/CAD/CIS.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience with AI in workflows preferred.
• Experience managing customer relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects and teams for successful delivery and customer value realization.
• Develop expertise in ServiceNow offerings and provide technical leadership to customers.
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned with best practices.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Participate in workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants while driving innovation and quality.
