Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to take ownership of the Configuration Management Database. This role is completely remote within Spain, allowing flexibility while maintaining high standards of governance and data quality.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a proficiency in both Spanish and English. You'll work on significant digitalization projects, ensuring the CMDB is a trusted asset across the organization.

Formación

• 3-4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, ideally in development and technical configuration.
• Career progression toward CMDB process ownership and governance.
• Understanding of CI data modeling and relationship design.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Configuration Management process in line with ITIL best practices.
• Define and enforce CMDB policies and data governance procedures.
• Execute a phased CMDB roadmap focused on data completeness and accuracy.
