Job summary

Us3 Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with strong ServiceNow Professional Services or Consulting background to deliver high-quality technical solutions and lead engagements in Madrid, Spain.

You will guide customers through platform improvements, mentor teams, and drive innovative delivery while ensuring project success across one or two ServiceNow offerings and related AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

8+ years of ServiceNow Professional Services or Consulting experience.
Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
ServiceNow certifications aligned to the workflow such as CSA, CAD, and CIS.
Expertise in one or two ServiceNow offerings with prescriptive guidance and hands-on leadership.
Experience in technical solution delivery, configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Review and guide advanced technical deliverables, including configuration, integrations, testing, and technical documentation.
Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants while driving solution quality, innovation, and customer value.
Provide technical leadership and independently run projects.
Work collaboratively to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Guide customers through technical discussions and documentation, driving innovation and consistent delivery.
Complete required documentation, including business requirement workbooks covering the technical aspects of solutions.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving.
