Job summary
MPower Plus is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (ServiceNow) for a permanent remote position. You will lead projects, provide technical leadership, and develop ServiceNow workflow solutions to drive customer value.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications, and AI experience. This remote role covers Spain with standard 9:00–18:00 hours and on-call support as needed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform and related certifications.
- Ability to lead projects, guide teams and deliver customer value.
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflow solutions and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and teams to ensure successful delivery and customer value realization.
- Develop expertise in ServiceNow offerings and provide technical leadership to customers.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned with best practices.
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
- Participate in workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
- Coach and mentor Technical Consultants while driving innovation and quality.
