Capgemini Invent invites consultants to reimagine how work gets done by integrating ServiceNow, Agentic AI and intelligent automation across business operations. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operating models and AI, helping clients advance to proactive and predictive services.

The role requires 4–6 years in technology consulting, strong English communication, and experience with ServiceNow platforms.

Formación

• 4-6 years of professional experience in technology consulting or IT strategy transformation.
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management based on ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled operating models and orchestration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic transformation programs involving ServiceNow, ES(M) and AI-enabled operating models.
• Define journeys from traditional models to proactive, predictive, Zero Touch Services.
• Identify and design Agentic AI use cases with context awareness and task execution.
• Reimagine and agentify end-to-end processes across IT, HR, customer service, finance, procurement, security and operations.
• Explore ServiceNow capabilities like Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Control Tower, Integration Hub and Process Mining.
• Design governance, monitoring, security, trust, explainability and value measurement for AI agents.
• Build business cases and value-realization frameworks focusing on efficiency, experience and productivity.
• Define transformation roadmaps and coexistence models for complex tech environments.
• Contribute to proposals, client workshops and proofs of concept.

Are you ready to go beyond traditional ITSM and help build the autonomous enterprise?

At Capgemini Invent, we are looking for consultants who want to rethink how work gets done. You will help leading organizations transform their technology and business operations through ServiceNow, Agentic AI, intelligent automation and enterprise-wide workflow orchestration.

You will work at the intersection of business strategy, operating model transformation, technology and AI, helping our clients move from reactive business operating models to AI-enabled and predictive, increasingly autonomous operations.

Business Technology Overview:

Our objective is to incorporate consultants who has the opportunity to explore how innovative technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, process mining, hyperautomation, AIOps, digital experience and real-time data orchestration can deliver measurable business outcomes throughout ServiceNow platform.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead strategic transformation programs involving ServiceNow, Enterprise Service Management and AI-enabled operating models.


• Help clients define the journey from traditional operating models towards proactive, predictive and Zero Touch Services (AI-enabled).


• Identify and design Agentic AI use cases where intelligent agents can understand context, make decisions, execute tasks and collaborate with employees or other agents.


• Reimagine and “agentify” end-to-end corporate processes across IT, HR, customer service, finance, procurement, security and business operations.


• Explore and apply ServiceNow capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Control Tower, Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, Automation Engine and Process Mining.


• Design operating models for the governance, monitoring and responsible scaling of AI agents, including human oversight, security, trust, explainability and value measurement.


• Build business cases and value-realization frameworks covering efficiency, experience, service quality, resilience, productivity and cost optimization.


• Define transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies and coexistence models for complex technology environments.


• Contribute to proposals, client workshops, thought leadership, proofs of concept and innovation initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Between four and six years of professional experience in technology consulting, IT Strategy transformation, Enterprise Service Management based on ServiceNow platform.


• ServiceNow certifications at System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Application Developer, CTA or CMA level valuable.


• Understanding of service governance, operating models, process transformation and technology-enabled organizational change.


• Ability to translate business challenges into processes, ServiceNow platform capabilities, transformation initiatives and measurable outcomes.


• Real experience in emerging areas such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, AIOps, intelligent automation based on ServiceNow platform.


• Experience participating in complex transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems and service providers.


• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.


• Professional fluency in English.
