Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect specialising in Customer Service Management (CSM) to lead platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy. This role is remote within Spain, with opportunities to influence global teams and delivery quality.

You will mentor architects, drive high-impact digital solutions, and leverage cutting-edge ServiceNow capabilities. A strong consulting background and fluent English are required.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of experience in General Consulting, Service Management, or Software Development.
• 3+ years of experience implementing customer service or CRM solutions.
• Experience with B2B or B2C service operations environments.
• English (B2 or above) for client-facing meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership on platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy.
• Lead and mentor developers and architects across multiple disciplines.
• Design, document and communicate the integration approach for architectural components.
• Research and propose solution alternatives for business needs across service lines.
• Educate clients and negotiate technical solutions in context.
• Ensure artefacts and interactions meet high quality standards.
• Build and develop high-performing delivery teams.
• Define domain-specific evaluation processes for hiring.
